Order Tracking

Preorder Items
In rare cases where an item is marked “PREORDER” in the product description, it will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
Shows Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel:

📌 As per courier company policies across India, complaints are not accepted after 72 hours from the marked delivery date.
